Out of Laura's own experience of spinning through the healthcare "revolving door," desperately trying to find a diagnosis for symptoms that made no sense to most doctors or were simply dismissed, she created the "Desperate for a Diagnosis Podcast."

Laura is a market researcher and moderator focused on helping healthcare organizations and pharmaceutical companies better understand the patient perspective. She is also a workshop facilitator and a Certified facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
